RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: To investigate whether pentoxifylline (PTX) attenuates cerebral ischaemia-reperfusion injury (IRI) in rats by inhibiting ferroptosis and to explore the underlying molecular mechanisms. METHODS: Cerebral IRI was induced in male Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats using middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO). The effects of PTX on cerebral ischaemia-reperfusion brain samples were detected through neurological deficit score, staining and electron microscopy; levels of ferroptosis biomarkers from brain samples were detected using kits. Additionally, the expression levels of nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 (Nrf2), transferrin receptor protein 1, divalent metal transporter 1, solute carrier family 7 member 11 (SLC7A11) and glutathione peroxidase 4 (GPX4) were determined by immunohistochemistry, real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction and western blotting. RESULTS: Pre-treatment with PTX was found to improve neurological function, evidenced by reduced neurological deficit scores, decreased infarct volume and alleviated pathological features post-MCAO. This improvement was accompanied by reduced lipid peroxidation levels and mitigated mitochondrial damage. Notably, PTX's inhibitory effect on ferroptosis was characterised by enhanced Nrf2 nuclear translocation and regulation of ferroptosis-related proteins. Moreover, inhibition of Nrf2 using ML385 (an Nrf2-specific inhibitor) reversed PTX's neuroprotective effect on MCAO-induced ferroptosis via the SLC7A11/GPX4 signalling pathway. CONCLUSIONS: Ferroptosis is evident following cerebral ischaemia-reperfusion in rats. Pentoxifylline confers protection against IRI in rats by inhibiting ferroptosis through the Nrf2/SLC7A11/GPX4 signalling pathway.

RESUMO

The next generation of high-capacity, multi-task optical informatics requires sophisticated manipulation of multiple degrees of freedom (DoFs) of light, especially when they are coupled in a non-separable way. Vector beam, as a typical non-separable state between the spin and orbital angular momentum DoFs, mathematically akin to entangled qubits, has inspired multifarious theories and applications in both quantum and classical regimes. Although qubit rotation is a vital and ubiquitous operation in quantum informatics, its classical analogue is rarely studied. Here, we demonstrate the logical rotation of vectorial non-separable states via the uniform self-assembled chiral superstructures, with favorable controllability, high compactness and exemption from formidable alignment. Photonic band engineering of such 1D chiral photonic crystal renders the incident-angle-dependent evolution of the spatially-variant polarizations. The logical rotation angle of a non-separable state can be tuned in a wide range over 4π by this single homogeneous device, flexibly providing a set of distinguished logic gates. Potential applications, including angular motion tracking and proof-of-principle logic network, are demonstrated by specific configuration. This work brings important insight into soft matter photonics and present an elegant strategy to harness high-dimensional photonic states.

RESUMO

Branched flows occur ubiquitously in various wave systems, when the propagating waves encounter weak correlated scattering potentials. Here we report the experimental realization of electrical tuning of the branched flow of light using a nematic liquid crystal (NLC) system. We create the physical realization of the weakly correlated disordered potentials of light via the inhomogeneous orientations of the NLC. We demonstrate that the branched flow of light can be switched on and off as well as tuned continuously through the electro-optical properties of NLC film. We further show that the branched flow can be manipulated by the polarization of the incident light due to the optical anisotropy of the NLC film. The nature of the branched flow of light is revealed via the unconventional intensity statistics and the rapid fidelity decay along the light propagation. Our study unveils an excellent platform for the tuning of the branched flow of light which creates a testbed for fundamental physics and offers a new way for steering light.

RESUMO

Optical spatial differentiation is a typical operation of optical analog computing and can single out the edge to accelerate the subsequent image processing, but in some cases, overall information about the object needs to be presented synchronously. Here, we propose a multifunctional optical device based on structured chiral photonic crystals for the simultaneous realization of real-time dual-mode imaging. This optical differentiator is realized by self-organized large-birefringence cholesteric liquid crystals, which are photopatterned to encode with a special integrated geometric phase. Two highly spin-selective modes of second-order spatial differentiation and bright-field imaging are exhibited in the reflected and transmitted directions, respectively. Two-dimensional edges of both amplitude and phase objects have been efficiently enhanced in high contrast and the broadband spectrum. This work extends the ingenious building of hierarchical chiral nanostructures, enriches their applications in the emerging frontiers of optical computing, and boasts considerable potential in machine vision and microscopy.

RESUMO

Spodoptera frugiperda, an invasive pest, has a huge impact on food production in Asia and Africa. The potential and advantages of sterile insect techniques for the permanent control of S. frugiperda have been demonstrated, but the methods for their field application are still unavailable. For the purposes of this study, male pupae of S. frugiperda were irradiated with an X-ray dose of 250 Gy to examine the effects of both the release ratio and the age of the irradiated males on the sterility of their offspring. The control effect of the irradiated male release ratio on S. frugiperda was evaluated using field-cage experiments in a cornfield. The results showed that when the ratio of irradiated males to non-irradiated males reached 12:1, the egg-hatching rate of the offspring of S. frugiperda decreased to less than 26%, and there was also no significant difference in mating competitiveness among the different ages. Field-cage testing showed that when irradiated males were released at ratios of 12:1-20:1 to normal males, the leaf protection effect for the corn reached 48-69% and the reduction in the insect population reached 58-83%. In this study, an appropriate release ratio is suggested, and the mating competitiveness of irradiated and non-irradiated males of S. frugiperda is investigated, thus providing a theoretical basis for the use of sterile insect techniques to control S. frugiperda.

RESUMO

The oriental armyworm, Mythimna separata (Walker, 1865) (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae), is a serious global migratory insect pest of grain crops. Although its migratory biology has been studied for a long history, the factors affecting wingbeat frequency (WBF), which is closely related to the flight activity of the insect, remain unclear. In this study, the WBFs of both cultured and migrating moths were tested under different conditions in the laboratory using a stroboscope. The results indicated that age and mating status significantly influenced WBF. One day old adults had the lowest WBF, and unmated females had a significantly higher WBF than that of mated females. In general, the WBF of males was significantly higher than that of female individuals. The WBF decreased gradually with increasing environmental humidity, and WBF had a significant negative binomial regression relationship with temperature change. The WBF of moths that fed on hydromel was much higher than those of the controls that fed on water or without diet. However, wind speed and air pressure had no significant effects on the moth WBF in the test environments. These findings provide a deeper understanding of factors that affect flight ability in M. separata, which will be helpful for developing a regional migratory monitoring and warning system of the pest, such as identifying target insect species based on the WBF from radar observation.

RESUMO

Aims: The efficacy of anti-proprotein convertase subtilisin/Kexin type 9 (PCSK9) monoclonal antibodies in patients with atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD) remains unclear. Therefore, this study aims to assess the effect of PCSK9 inhibitors (alirocumab and evolocumab) on ASCVD patients considering the number needed to treat (NNT). Methods: We reviewed randomized controlled trials (RCTs) which compared the effects of alirocumab or evolocumab and placebo or standards of care. All articles were published in English up to May 2022. Using random effect models, we estimated risk ratios (RRs), NNT, and 95% confidence intervals (CI). Results: We incorporated 12 RCTs with 53 486 patients total, of which 27 674 received PCSK9 inhibitors and 25 812 received placebos. The mean follow-up duration was 1.56 years. The effect of PCSK9 inhibitors on major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) was statistically significant, and the corresponding mean NNT was 36. Alirocumab reduced the risk of MACE, stroke, and coronary revascularization; the corresponding mean NNT were 37, 319, and 107, respectively. Evolocumab positively affected MACE, myocardial infarction, stroke, and coronary revascularization; the corresponding mean NNT were 32, 78, 267, and 65, respectively. The effects of alirocumab or evolocumab on all-cause mortality and cardiovascular mortality were not statistically significant. Conclusion: This study suggests that preventing one patient from MACE needed to treat 36 patients with ASCVD with PCSK9 inhibitors for 1.56 years. Both alirocumab and evolocumab reduced MACE, stroke, and coronary revascularization. Evolocumab had a positive effect on myocardial infarction, but no effects were noted for alirocumab. In addition, alirocumab may not be as effective as evolocumab. NNT visualizes the magnitude of efficacy to assist in clinical decisions. RESUMO

It is a challenge for all-optical switching to simultaneous achieve ultralow power consumption, broad bandwidth and high extinction ratio. We experimentally demonstrate an ultralow-power all-optical switching by exploiting chiral interaction between light and optically active material in a Mach-Zehnder interferometer. We achieve switching extinction ratio of 20.0 ± 3.8 and 14.7 ± 2.8 dB with power cost of 66.1 ± 0.7 and 1.3 ± 0.1 fJ/bit, respectively. The bandwidth of our all-optical switching is about 4.2 GHz. Moreover, our all-optical switching has the potential to be operated at few-photon level. Our scheme paves the way towards ultralow-power and ultrafast all-optical information processing.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: The fall armyworm (FAW) Spodoptera frugiperda Smith (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae) invaded Myanmar and China in 2018 and greatly impacted agricultural production and ecosystem balance in these areas. FAW is a migratory insect, but its seasonal migration pattern between the two countries has been largely unknown. From 2019 to 2021, we monitored the seasonal migration of FAW in the China-Myanmar border area using a searchlight trap, assessed the reproductive development status of female migrants and traced the migratory routes by trajectory simulation. RESULTS: FAW moths were trapped by the searchlight trap in Lancang County (Yunnan, China) all year, with obvious seasonal differences in the number caught. There were small-scale persistent trapping peaks in spring and summer, and obvious peaks in autumn; only a small number of moths were trapped in winter. Examination of the ovaries of female moths collected in different seasons showed that most females had matured, indicating that the moths were migrating and did not take off from the local area. In the migration trajectory simulation, FAW mainly migrated from Myanmar to Southwest China in spring and summer and back to Myanmar in autumn. CONCLUSION: Our findings indicate that FAW migrates between China and Myanmar according to the monsoon circulation, which will help guide cross-border regional monitoring and management strategies against this pest. © 2022 Society of Chemical Industry.

RESUMO

Recently discovered reflective Pancharatnam-Berry phase (PB phase) from chiral anisotropic media (e.g., cholesteric liquid crystal, CLC) has aroused great interest in the emerging frontier of planar optics. However, the single chirality of common CLCs results in the intrinsic limitation of the same spin-selective PB phase manipulation, which means the reversal of the input spin cannot realize the conjugated PB phase. In this work, an innovative scheme based on opposite-chirality-coexisted superstructures is proposed to simultaneously modulate orthogonal circular polarization and get PB phase reversal. Through refilling CLC into a washed-out polymer network with opposite chirality and delicate photo-patterned structures, reflective optical vortex (OV) with opposite topological charges and vector beams with conjugated spiral PB phases are efficiently generated depending on the incident polarization. Furthermore, OV holograms are encoded to reconstruct polarization-selective OV arrays, indicating the strong capability of such opposite-chirality-coexisted anisotropic media. This work provides a new compact platform for planar optics, and sheds light on the architectures and functionalities of chiral superstructures.

RESUMO

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the 3D printing pre-installed screw channel model in assisting screw placement of single complete segmented congenital hemivertebrectomy. Methods:Clinical data of 13 children treated with single complete segmented congenital hemivertebrectomy in the Department of Spine and Spinal Surgery of Henan Provincial People′s Hospital from August 2016 to January 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.Among them, there were 5 males and 8 females with the mean age of 9.9 (5-14) years.Categorized by the lesion location, 3 cases were located at T 9, 2 cases at T 10, 5 cases at T 11, 1 case at T 12, and 2 cases at L 1.During the operation, the 3D printing pre-installed screw channel model was used to assist the placement of pedicle screws. The accuracy of screw placement was assessed by the postoperative CT.All children were routinely examined by full-length anterior and lateral X-ray of spine in the standing position before and after surgery to measure the Cobb angles at the coronal and sagittal view.Furthermore, the correction rate of scoliosis and kyphosis after surgery and during follow-up was also calculated. The One-Way repeated measures ANOVA was used to compare the Cobb angle of scoliosis and kyphosis before surgery, after surgery and during follow-up. Results:A total of 85 pedicle screws were placed in 13 children, with the accuracy rate of screw placement of 95.3%.The mean surgery time and intraoperative blood loss were (216.9±28.3) min, and (478.5±132.6) mL, respectively.Scoliosis Cobb was corrected from (57.1±12.7)° to (12.7±4.7)° with a correction rate of (78.4±5.9)%, which was (14.2±7.0)° at the last follow-up.Kyphosis angle was corrected from (46.2±8.4)° to (13.2±4.4)° with a correction rate of (72.6±7.0)%, which was (14.0±3.4)° at the last follow-up.None of the children had serious complications like vascular and nerve damage. The mean postoperative follow-up was 12.3 (6-18) months. No significant loss of angle was detected during the follow-up period. There were significant differences in the lateral and kyphotic angles after surgery and during follow-up compared with preoperative ones (all P<0.05). No significant difference was detected between the postoperative lateral and kyphotic angles and those at the last follow-up (all P>0.05). Conclusion:The 3D printing pre-installed screw channel model used to assist screw placement of single complete segmented congenital hemivertebrectomy can improve the precision of screw placement and the orthopedic effect on lateral kyphosis.

RESUMO

Glaucoma is a leading cause of blindness worldwide and is characterized by degeneration associated with the death of retinal ganglion cells (RGCs). It is believed that glaucoma is a group of heterogeneous diseases with multifactorial pathomechanisms. Here, we investigate whether anti-inflammation treatment with an ER stress blockade can selectively promote neuroprotection against NMDA injury in the RGCs. Retinal excitotoxicity was induced with an intravitreal NMDA injection. Microglial activation and neuroinflammation were evaluated with Iba1 immunostaining and cytokine gene expression. A stable HT22 cell line transfected with an NF-kB reporter was used to assess NF-kB activity after hesperidin treatment. CHOP-deficient mice were used as a model of ER stress blockade. Retinal cell death was evaluated with a TUNEL assay. As results, in the NMDA injury group, Iba1-positive microglia increased 6 h after NMDA injection. Also at 6 h, pro-inflammatory cytokines and chemokine increased, including TNFα, IL-1b, IL-6 and MCP-1. In addition, the MCP-1 promoter-driven EGFP signal, which we previously identified as a stress signal in injured RGCs, also increased; hesperidin treatment suppressed this inflammatory response and reduced stressed RGCs. In CHOP-deficient mice that received an NMDA injection, the gene expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines, chemokines, markers of active microglia, and inflammatory regulators was greater than in WT mice. In WT mice, hesperidin treatment partially prevented retinal cell death after NMDA injury; this neuroprotective effect was enhanced in CHOP-deficient mice. These findings demonstrate that ER stress blockade is not enough by itself to prevent RGC loss due to neuroinflammation in the retina, but it has a synergistic neuroprotective effect after NMDA injury when combined with an anti-inflammatory treatment based on hesperidin.

RESUMO

Rotation-translation conversion is a popular way to achieve power transmission in machinery, but it is rarely selected by nature. One unique case is that of bacteria swimming, which is based on the collective reorganization and rotation of flagella. Here, we mimic such motion using the light-driven evolution of a self-organized periodic arch pattern. The range and direction of translation are altered by separately varying the alignment period and the stimulating photon energy. Programmable self-propelling actuators are realized via a specific molecular assembly within a photoresponsive cholesteric medium. Through rationally presetting alignments, parallel transports of microspheres in customized trajectories are demonstrated, including convergence, divergence, gathering, and orbital revolution. This work extends the understanding of the rotation-translation conversion performed in an exquisitely self-organized system and may inspire future designs for functional materials and intelligent robotics.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: To analyze the hematological characteristics of HbE homozygotes. METHODS: Complete blood cells count and hemoglobin electrophoresis were used for phenotypic analysis of 78 cases with HbE homozygotes from Yunnan province, China. The PCR-fluorescence hybridization was used to detect the common gene mutation of thalassemia. The hematological indexes, including MCV, MCH, Hb, HbA2, HbF and HbE were statistically analyzed between groups with different sex, ages and compound α thalassemia status. RESULTS: In HbE homozygotes (HbEE), 89.5% (17/19) children presented mild to moderate microcytic hypochromic anemia, and 10.5% of them presented moderate anemia. 39.6% (19/48) of women with HbEE developed mild anemia ,while 11 cases of male with HbE homozygotes were asymptomatic. The levels of MCV and MCH in HbE homozygotes increased by co-inheritance of α thalassemia mutation. CONCLUSION: The clinical phenotype of HbE homozygote shows highly heterogeneous, which is relates with age, sex and co-inheriting α-globin genotypes. In Hb EE women and children are more likely to develop mild to moderate anemia. The microcytic hypochromic anemia degree is relieved when HbEE combined with α- thalassemia.

RESUMO

Active planar optical devices that can dynamically manipulate light are highly sought after in modern optics and nanophotonics. The geometric phase derived from the photonic spin-orbit interaction provides an integrated strategy. Corresponding elements usually suffer from static functions. Here, we introduce an inhomogeneously self-organized anisotropic medium featured by photo-invertible chiral superstructure to realize geometric phase elements with continuously tunable working spectrum and light-flipped phase profile. Via preprograming the alignment of a cholesteric liquid crystal mixed with a photo-responsive chiral dopant, we demonstrate light-activated deflector, lens, Airy beam and optical vortex generators. Their polychromatic working bands are reversibly tuned in an ultra-broadband over 1000 nm covering green to telecomm region. The chirality inversion triggers facile switching of functionalities, such as beam steering, focusing/defocusing and spin-to-orbital angular momentum conversion. This work offers a platform for advanced adaptive and multifunctional flat optics with merits of high compactness, low loss and broad bandwidth.

RESUMO

A modified quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged and safe (QuEChERS) method was developed for the determination of thiamethoxam and its metabolite clothianidin in citrus (including the whole citrus, peel and pulp) and soil samples by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The sample was extracted with acetonitrile and purified with octadecylsilane. The detection limits of both compounds were 0.0001-0.0002 mg kg-1, while the limit of quantification of thiamethoxam was 0.002 mg kg-1 and the limit of quantitation of metabolites was 0.001 mg kg-1. The recovery was 70.37%-109.76%, with inter-day relative standard deviations (RSD) (n = 15) values ≤9.46% for the two compounds in the four matrices. The degradation curve of thiamethoxam in whole citrus and soil was plotted using the first-order kinetic model. The half-life of the whole citrus was 1.9-6.2 days, and the half-life of the soil was 3.9-4.2 days. The terminal residue of thiamethoxam (the sum of thiamethoxam and clothianidin, expressed as thiamethoxam) was found to be concentrated on the peel. The final residual amount of thiamethoxam in the edible portion (pulp) was less than 0.061 mg kg-1. The risk quotient values were all below 1, indicating that thiamethoxam as a citrus insecticide does not pose a health risk to humans at the recommended dosage.

RESUMO

Cholesteric liquid crystal (CLC) chiral superstructures exhibit unique features; that is, polychromatic and spin-determined phase modulation. Here, a concept for digitalized chiral superstructures is proposed, which further enables the arbitrary manipulation of reflective geometric phase and may significantly upgrade existing optical apparatus. By encoding a specifically designed binary pattern, an innovative CLC optical vortex (OV) processor is demonstrated. Up to 25 different OVs are extracted with equal efficiency over a wavelength range of 116 nm. The multiplexed OVs can be detected simultaneously without mode crosstalk or distortion, permitting a polychromatic, large-capacity, and in situ method for parallel OV processing. Such complex but easily fabricated self-assembled chiral superstructures exhibit versatile functionalities, and provide a satisfactory platform for OV manipulation and other cutting-edge territories. This work is a vital step towards extending the fundamental understanding and fantastic applications of ordered soft matter.

RESUMO

Objective There are few large sample data reports of comparative study on genotype distribution of human papillomavirus (HPV) infection in the tissues of cervical squamous cell carcinoma and cervical adenocarcinoma in China. This study aimed to investigate the clinical value of genotype distribution of HPV infection in the tissues of cervical squamous cell carcinoma and cervical adenocarcinoma in regional (mainly in Jiangsu Province) patients. Methods We collected 1044 paraffin tissue specimens of female cervical squamous cell carcinoma (826 cases) and cervical adenocarcinoma (218 cases) in 29 hospitals from November 1978 to December 2017. HPV DNA was extracted from the tissues and through the combination of gene-chip and polymerase chain reaction technology, 23 genotypes of HPV were detected in all the tissues of cervical squamous cell carcinoma and cervical adenocarcinoma, and comparative study was conducted on the genotype distribution of HPV infection. Results Among 1044 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma and cervical adenocarcinoma, 901 were found with HPV and the detection rate was 86.30%. The detection rate of cervical squamous cell carcinoma was 91.53% (756/826), among which 16,18,58,33,52,31 types were the most common and the detection rate of 16 type was significantly higher than that of 18 types (56.84% vs 9.93%, P0.05).Conclusion The HPV detection rates are different in the regional female cervical squamous cell carcinoma and cervical adenocarcinoma tissues. 16,18,31,33,52 and 58 types are the most common genotypes in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and cervical adenocarcinoma. The detection rate of 16 type is overly higher than that of 18 type in cervical squamous cell carcinoma, while the detection rates of 16 type and 18 type in cervical adenocarcinoma are very close.

RESUMO

To explore the effects and molecular mechanisms of triptolide(TP)on improving podocyte epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)induced by high dose of D-glucose(HG), the immortalized podocytes of mice were divided into the normal group(N), the high dose of D-glucose group(HG), the low dose of TP group(L-TP), the high dose of TP group(H-TP)and the mannitol group(MNT), and treated by the different measures respectively. More specifically, the podocytes in each group were separately treated by D-glucose(DG, 5 mmol·L⁻¹)or HG(25 mmol·L⁻¹)or HG(25 mmol·L⁻¹)+ TP(3 μg·L⁻¹)or HG(25 mmol·L⁻¹)+ TP(10 μg·L⁻¹)or DG(5 mmol·L⁻¹)+ MNT(24.5 mmol·L⁻¹). After the intervention for 24, 48 and 72 hours, firstly, the activation of podocyte proliferation was investigated. Secondly, the protein expression levels of the epithelial markers in podocytes such as nephrin and podocin, the mesenchymal markers such as desmin and collagen Ⅰ and the EMT-related mediators such as snail were detected respectively. Finally, the protein expression levels of Wnt3α and β-catenin as the key signaling molecules in Wnt3α/β-catenin pathway were examined severally. The results indicated that, HG could cause the low protein expression levels of nephrin and podocin and the high protein expression levels of desmin, collagen Ⅰ and snail in podocytes, and inducing podocyte EMT. On the other hand, HG could cause the high protein expression levels of Wnt3α and β-catenin in podocytes, and activating Wnt3α/β-catenin signaling pathway. In addition, L-TP had no effect on the activation of podocyte proliferation, the co-treatment of L-TP and HG could significantly recover the protein expression levels of nephrin and podocin, inhibit the protein expression levels of desmin, collagen I and snail in podocytes, thus, further improving podocyte EMT. And that, the co-treatment of L-TP and HG could obviously decrease the high protein expression levels of Wnt3α and β-catenin induced by HG in podocytes, and inhibit Wnt3α/β-catenin signaling pathway activation. On the whole, HG can induce podocyte EMT by activating Wnt3α/β-catenin signaling pathway; L-TP can ameliorate podocyte EMT through inhibiting Wnt3α/β-catenin signaling pathway activation, which may be one of the effects and molecular mechanisms .

RESUMO

In the kidney, pericyte is the major source of myofibroblast (MyoF) in renal interstitium. It is reported that pericyte-myofibroblast transition(PMT)is one of the important pathomechanisms of renal interstitial fibrosis(RIF). Among them, the main reasons for promoting RIF formation include pericyte recruitment, activation and isolation, as well as the lack of pericyte-derived erythropoietin. During the PMT startup process, pericyte activation and its separation from microvessels are controlled by multiple signal transduction pathways, such as transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)pathway, vascular endothelial growth factor receptor (VEGFR) pathway and platelet derived growth factor receptor (PDGFR) pathway;Blocking of these signaling pathways can not only inhibit PMT, but also suppress renal capillaries reduction and further alleviate RIF. In clinic, many traditional Chinese medicine compound prescriptions, single traditional Chinese herbal medicine (CHM) and their extracts have the clear effects in alleviating RIF, and some of their intervention actions may be related to pericyte and its PMT. Therefore, the studies on PMT and its drug intervention will become the main development direction in the research field of anti-organ fibrosis by CHM.
